The Arbitration Committee continues its Corporate Counsel Interview Series with Corporate Counsel, Bryan M. Kelly, Counsel at Fluor Corporation. Projects for the upcoming year will also be discussed. 

This event is exclusive and free for all CPR Institute Members.

About Bryan Kelly:

Bryan serves as Dispute Counsel at Fluor Corporation, a global engineering, procurement, and construction company. He works with the rest of Fluor's Dispute Resolution team to prevent, mitigate, and resolve any disputes that may arise in Fluor's operations.

Prior to joining Fluor, Bryan practiced commercial litigation, the vast majority of which focused on construction. His focus and expertise stems from a strong foundation in construction. Before law school, Bryan earned a bachelor of science in Construction Science with honors from Texas A&M University, and he worked for multiple general contractors in project engineering, assistant superintendent, and other project management roles.

Later, Bryan attended Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas, and he graduated with both academic and public service honors. During law school, Bryan served as an extern to Fluor's legal department through SMU's Corporate Counsel Externship program. He is excited to be back with Fluor, helping the company Build a Better World.
