Outside Counsel Roundtable: What Litigators Want, What Parties Need in Mediation

Please join us on May 1, 2024 at 12:00 noon ET for the next CPR Mediation Committee meeting, virtual, which will feature an Outside Counsel Roundtable of leading litigators discussing their objectives and expectations in mediation, how they select and engage with mediators, what has worked well (or not) in practice, and their perspective on optimizing the mediation experience.

This roundtable continues CPR’s efforts to provide valuable insight and shared best experience through wider engagement among CPR members and neutrals, and this program will be of interest to neutrals, litigators, and corporate counsel alike.  We anticipate a lively conversation, moderated by Mediation Committee Co-Chair Steven Bierman of Bierman ADR LLC, and we hope to see you there!

Our stellar panelists are:
•    Judith Archer, Co-Partner-in-Charge, New York, Norton Rose Fulbright;
•    Dana Becker, Deputy Leader of Litigation, Philadelphia, Morgan Lewis; and
•    Yolanda Garcia, Co-Leader Global Securities and Shareholder Litigation, Dallas, Sidley Austin.

If you have any questions you would like the panel to consider, please send them ahead of time to CPR Mediation Committee Staff Liaison, Ellen Waldman.
