How to design contractual clauses with the aim of preventing disputes
In this HYBRID CLE event, sponsored by the CPR Dispute Prevention Committee, attendees will learn about the use of escalation, indemnification and other clauses that can be used by parties to help prevent or guard against future disputes. Materials will include model clauses.
This event is FREE for members, neutrals, and LCLD members. Non-Membership tickets cost $49.00

CPR is a non-profit organization. Under financial hardship guidelines, at its discretion, CPR may waive the fee for attorneys who demonstrate that they are not currently employed (not retirees).
