Please join us on June 25 at 12 PM ET for a special program, Innovations & Updates: Mediating with CPR in 2025.
Mediation Committee co-chairs Steven Bierman and Sarah McAfee and CPR Institute Vice President Ellen Waldman will preview important revisions to CPR’s Mediation Procedure, the result of an extensive review and wide input from neutrals and users. Mia Levi, Vice President for CPR Dispute Resolution Services will discuss what’s new and upcoming and will offer an inside view on how the Dispute Resolution Service administrative process works for interacting with parties and identifying neutral candidates for an administered matter, and how neutrals can enhance their prospects of being selected.
This timely and practical program will be open to all CPR members and all Panel neutrals. Registration is required.
