New York Arbitration Week - What Do Clients Really Think of ADR: International Edition

CPR Dispute Resolution Services will be presenting our panel discussion "What Do Clients Really Think of ADR: International Edition" on Thursday, November 20 from 9 to 10 a.m. at Venable LLP, NY as part of New York Arbitration Week 2025. 

This engaging session offers an in-depth examination of end-user perspectives on alternative dispute resolution methods (not only arbitration and mediation, but other methods of ADR, including dispute prevention strategies, dispute review boards, etc.). Featuring insights from in house counsel and legal counsel, the discussion will delve into how clients evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of ADR processes, as well as their expectations and concerns.  

Attendees will gain valuable understanding of client priorities and expectations, enabling advocates to better tailor their dispute resolution approaches to meet client needs and foster stronger, more trust-based relationships.
