Please join CPR Institute for a virtual CLE event sponsored by CPR Institute's Arbitration Committee. The program is free for CPR members, CPR Neutrals, and LCLD Fellows. The program involves a discussion with Viva Dadwal (King & Spalding) and Robert Kry (MoloLamken) on arbitration recognition and enforcement issues, including sovereign immunity and its strategic impact on both arbitration and litigation.
Ms. Dadwal will speak with Mr. Kry on his representative work against sovereigns like Albania, Iraq, and Kyrgyzstan , and they will use the discussion to share insights on how sovereign immunity shapes jurisdictional defenses, award enforcement, and the durability of arbitral outcomes.
Who Should Attend?
This program is appropriate for both in-house counsel and law firm counsel, as well as neutrals who want to learn more about arbitration recognition and enforcement issues.
CPR Members, CPR Neutrals, and LCLD Fellows can all attend this event for free. Non-Members can attend this event for $49.00. Please look to the bottom of this page for information on financial aid.
