CPR Endorses Statement of RCI Inc. on Affirmative Action
As one of the first organizations to adopt the Ray Corollary Initiative (RCI), the International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution (CPR) shares a common commitment with the RCI Inc. for ensuring access to all of the talent available in service of ADR. We recognize that it is critically important to take positive steps to overcome traditional barriers that have stood in the way of accessing that talent and thus for the need for greater diversity in the field. The RCI offers one important mechanism for doing so.
