CPR Toolkit on Dispute Resolution

Earlier this year, CPR launched a new Dispute Prevention Pledge for Business Relationships together with a toolkit, model provisions and other valuable resources on dispute prevention available on CPR’s website.

The purpose of this webinar is to raise awareness on the importance and benefits of dispute prevention in Latin America, discussing this with distinguished CPR members and neutrals, who have actual hands-on experience on the subject, and showcasing how to take advantage of these initiatives and resources.
