Jones, ADR Coordinator for New York City’s Surrogates Courts, John Lande, Isidor Loeb Professor Emeritus of Law at the University of Missouri School of Law, and Robyn Weinstein, ADR Administrator at United States District Court of the Eastern District of New York, for discuss about what can – and should - happen when parties don’t show up for court ordered mediation, using California Court of Appeals case, Breslin v. Breslin, as a case study.
